Coach Miranda Head Coach

This will be Miranda’s first year coaching the Piranhas! She currently works for Pflugerville ISD in the Special Education department and taught Special Education at all levels K-12 for 5 years. Miranda swam for a club team in the Houston area for 7 years and her high school swim team for 4 years, competing at the state level in both. She coached summer league for 2 years while in college (Hook ‘em Horns!) and then coached another 2 years for a high school in Dallas ISD, where her boys’ teams were District Champs both years. Miranda is married to her husband of 10 years and has 2 kids, Juan Carlos, 7, and Bella, 3. She is excited to coach swimming again and is looking forward to a fun-filled season!

Coach Allie Assistant Coach

Coach Allie returns for her 7th year with the Piranhas - this year as an assistant coach!  Allie Stevenson is a math teacher extraordinaire at Pflugerville High School. Allie was an assistant swim and water polo coach at Clear Springs High School in the Houston area for one year. She also worked for five summers as an assistant coach for the Brushy Creek Marlins where she swam for 10 years before becoming a coach. Allie swam at Southwestern University and for McNeil High School and Lone Star Aquatic Club. Her best stroke is butterfly and she thinks one of the best parts of swimming is the lifelong friends you make.

Coach Cameron Assistant Coach

This will be Cameron's 4th year to coach the Piranhas.  His love for swimming first began with the Pflugerville Piranhas swim team. He swam all four years for the Hendrickson swim team and was part of three record breaking relays his senior year. His favorite stroke is freestyle, his best events being the 50 meter and 100 meter. He looks forward to sharing his joy of swimming with the new Piranhas and is absolutely psyched to be a coach this summer.

Vivianne
Coach Vivianne Assistant Coach

This will be Vivianne's second season as a Piranhas coach. She started out on Piranhas when she was 8 and has swam competitively for Hendrickson High School and Longhorn Aquatics and was on two record holding relays and was team captain her junior year. She currently swims for the UT Dallas swim team. She has taught swim lessons and been a lifeguard for four years as well. Her favorite strokes are butterfly and sprint freestyle and likes to do the 50 and 100 free and the 50 fly. She looks forward to a great season! Vivianne is available for private lessons.

Coach Logan Assistant Coach

This will be Logan’s first year coaching the Piranhas. He discovered his love for swimming at the Round Rock YMCA where he swam Saturday mornings with the Junior Waves when he was 11 years old. He later joined the Piranhas and went on to swim for Nitro, TXLA, and Hendrickson High School. Logan’s favorite strokes are breast stroke and freestyle but he also loves to swim IM events. He is very excited for his first year of coaching the Piranhas.

Coach Becca Assistant Coach

This will be Becca's first year coaching the Piranhas. Becca is a competitive swimmer of 14 years, who swam for her high school's Varsity Swim Team 3 years consecutively. Becca was a part of two record-breaking relays her sophomore year, and was a TISCA and Regionals finalist her junior year. Becca has committed to swim NCAA Division 3 for Austin College next year, and is planning on majoring in Biochemistry. Becca has a specialty for butterfly and IM events, and is excited to begin coaching the Piranhas.
