2016 Stroke-Exchange Training Information
For those interested in Stroke and/or Exchange Judging during the 2016 season, you'll need to review the videos (all 6 of them) by clicking the link below. In addition, the Northwest Swim Circuit (NWSC) has provided a "cheat sheet" for you to review. Please notify our Volunteer Coordinators before May 25th that you have watched the videos and read the document.
